Aged red wine is one thing, but Meteorito wine is aged with an ancient meteorite that is 4.5 billion years old. This unusual tipple comes from the Centro Astronomica Tagua Tagua observatory in Chile; winemaker and observatory owner Ian Hutchinson says the meteorite infusion adds "a livelier taste."
"When you drink this wine, you are drinking elements from the birth of the solar system," Hutchinson said. Incidentally, Discovery notes that the meteorite is actually owned by an American collector. Would you ever drink the space-age Meteorito wine?
