Preparation

BOILING:

Switch on the flame and take the pan add water, dal and turmeric powder also.

Dal cooked only half boiling.Don't mash tha dal.

After boiling the dal filter the water and separete the dal in 5 mins

ADDING:

After boiling dal add jaggery,cocout flakes and cardamom powder (or) cardamom mixing well

BLENDER:

Take a mixer bowl add the dal, jaggery,cocoutflakes and cardamom powder..

Blend in 2 times only.don't blend in many times.

FLOUR:

Take a separete bowl add flour,salt and sugar.

After mixing the flour add some amount of water.do not use too much water.

Mixing the flour and gets in round shape.wait for 10 mins.

After take the dough each balls in round shape

take a chappati kal roll the dough in flat shape add the blender mixing 1tablespoon in each balls.cover the mixture in 4sides.

Switch on the flame take the dosa pan ,drop the dough and add some amount of oil.

Turn in both sides still comes in golden brown.

Serving the stuffed dal jaggery paratha with banana and ghee.
