Bourbon Chicken

Ingredients
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
1 med. onion, diced
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup bourbon whiskey
