Ingredients
2 tablespoons melted
butter
9 inch
pie
pan
3/4 cup
milk
2 cups thinly sliced sweet
Spanish onion
1 cup fine cracker crumbs
2
eggs
3/4 teaspoon
salt
Preparation

Press
fine cracker crumbs into a 9 inch pie pan. Saute the onions in 2 tablespoons butter. Place in crumb
shell
,
top
with eggs beaten with the milk and
salt.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake
at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
