Raspberry-Rhubarb Pie
Ingredients
Zest of 1 orange, (not white pith)
          cup Sugar
          2 tablespoons Cornstarch
          1 Short Crust Pastry shell * see note
          (or flaky pastry shell)
          1 Egg white beaten for glaze
          1 pound Fresh rhubarb cut 1" diag pieces
          2 cups Fresh raspberries
          8 ounces Seedless raspberry jam - (1 jar)
          2 tablespoons Water
          1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
