Mixed Berry Pie

Ingredients
Classic Double Pie Crust
2 cups Blackberries, canned or thawed frozen, well drained
1 1/2 cups Blueberries, canned or thawed frozen, well drained
1/2 cup Gooseberries, canned or thawed frozen, well drained
1/4 cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon Almond extract
Preparation

Prepare pie crust according to Classic Double Pie Crust (or get Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust). Roll out and place bottom crust in pie plate. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes to allow dough to relax.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
