Salmon Quiche

Ingredients

1 sht ready-rolled shortcrust pastry
1 tablespoon butter
1 onion, finely diced
1 210 gram can salmon, drained and flaked
2 lrgs eggs
1 pkt MAGGI Parsley Sauce Mix
1 cup milk

Preparation

Line a 20cm flan tin with the pastry and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.

Heat the butter in a small saucepan.

Add the onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Cook, then spread the onion over the pastry.

Top with the salmon.

Combine the eggs, sauce mix and milk in a bowl and whisk until well blended.

Pour the mixture over the salmon.

Bake in a preheated oven, 200 C, for 30-35 minutes or until the flan is golden brown and firm.
