Steak Teriyaki

Ingredients
3 pounds sirloin steak, cut 1" thick
1 bot beer - (12 oz)
cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon McCormick Ground Ginger
teaspoon McCormick Ground Mustard
teaspoon McCormick Coarse Ground Black Pepper
teaspoon McCormick Garlic Powder
Preparation

Place meat in shallow glass dish. Pour marinade over steak and pierce surface of meat all over with tines of fork. Cover and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours, turning once.

Slice steak thinly on the diagonal.
