Hot Pastrami Sandwich

Ingredients
8 slices rye bread, toasted
1 1/2 pounds pastrami, sliced
mustard
Preparation

Steam pastrami in a colander or a perforated steamer basket set over boiling water in a large, covered pot until it is hot, about 5-10 minutes.

Spread half of the bread slices with a thick layer of mustard. Divide the pastrami slices among the mustard-covered bread slices and top with remaining bread.
