Ingredients
tablespoon
cornflour
1 pint
milk
2 tablespoons
chocolate
, grated
2 teaspoons
cocoa
1 teaspoon
sugar
Preparation

Dissolve
cocoa in a little
boiling
water.

Dissolve
cornflour in a little of the milk.

Bring remaining milk, cocoa and sugar to the
boil.
Add grated chocolate and
stir
until
melted.
Remove from
heat
.

Whisk
in the
dissolved
cornflour, return to the
heat
and cook for a few more minutes.

Strain
into a mould and
refrigerate
until set.

Turn
out onto a
serving
dish
and decorate with
whipped
cream
and grated chocolate.
