Cheese Rolls

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
12 ounces grated Cheddar cheese
4 ounces can chopped green chilies
8 ounces can chopped ripe olives
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup finely chopped onion

Preparation

Cream together cheese and sour cream. Add chilies, olives, onion and garlic salt. Spread on tortillas and roll tightly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours. About 1 hour before serving, cut into 1 inch thick slices.
