Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 large onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Jalapenos, chopped
1 Habanero, chopped
3 sweet peppers, chopped
12 ounces dark beer
1 can beef broth

Cook on low for 40 minutes with lid off. Add black beans, kidney beans, and pinto beans and stir.

Serve with sour cream, chives and corn chips. Try adding a bit of molasses.
