Butter

Sugar

Whiskey
(bourbon)
Preparation

Cream
the butter and sugar in a double boiler over
boiling
water. Add the egg and
stir
rapidly, so the egg doesn't curdle. When well
mixed
, allow to
cool.
Add whiskey.
