Celery Stuffing

Ingredients
cup butter
1 cup finely-chopped celery
(use some leaves too)
cup finely-chopped onion
cup finely-chopped parsley
4 cups dry bread crumbs
cup chicken broth or water
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

This recipe yields about 5 cups.

Comments: If you want to bake pork chops with Celery Stuffing, spread the stuffing into an 8-inch-square baking pan or dish. Salt and pepper the pork chops on each side, then brown the pork chops in a skillet with a little oil. When the chops are nicely browned, place them on top of the stuffing, cover the pan with foil and bake about 30 minutes at 350 d
