Seafood Medley

Ingredients
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup butter, melted
3 cups half and half or milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
3 teaspoons onion juice
1/2 cup sherry
2/3 cup water (use juice from artichokes)
1 pound crabmeat
1 pound cooked and peeled shrimp
1 pound scallops, steamed 2-3 min
2 (8 ½ oz.) cans water chestnuts, drained
2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, halved and drained
1 cup slivered almonds
Parmesan cheese, grated
