Ingredients
1 9 inch baked pie shell
4 cups blueberries
3/4 cup water
4 cups tbl cornstarch combined with 1 sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 6 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups whipped topping
