Peanut Butter Chip Snicker Brownies
Ingredients
2/3 cup butter, cubed
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 regular size Snickers bars, chopped up
Preparation

Melt butter in a large saucepan.

Whisk in cocoa and oil until smooth.

Transfer to a large bowl; stir in sugar.

Add eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each addition.

Stir in vanilla.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to cocoa mixture.

Stir in peanut butter/chocolate chips.

Spread into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan.

Top with snickers pieces upon taking out of the oven.

Cool in pan on a wire rack.
