"Hidden" Crevettes

Ingredients
Peeled Crevettes (about 4 pieces/ Person)
1 tablespoon Gomasio,
1 teaspoon dark Soy sauce,
2 teaspoons sesame oil,
1 roll of puff pastry (275 g)

Preheat the oven at 180 C

Prepare the marinade for the crevettes: Put the Gomasio together with the soy sauce and the sesam oil in a mortar and mix all until obtaining a smooth sauce out of the ingredients.

Then pour this mixture over the crevettes and let them rest for about 10 minutes.

Put those "Hidden" crevettes on a baking tray with parchement paper and put them in the preheated oven for about 18 minutes (until the puff pastry is golden brown)
