This recipe is HORRIBLE! I cannot believe that I actually spent time and money to make it, what a disappointment! Did anyone test this before making it public? 10 cups of flour, I used 4 added an extra egg and it was still tough and rubbery. How about stating the prep/cook time and the quantity this recipe will yield? This was a total waste of time, money and food as far as I am concerned and I sincerely hope nobody else makes this terrible meal!

Hello Mollie... I actually made and tested this recipe several times before posting it. It has been well like by many. I would like to point out that the recipe calls for 10 TABLESPOONS of flour, NOT 10 cups. Please take time to re-read the recipe before posting a comment like yours above. When something doesn't seem right, you should look first and see if you made an error. I'm sorry it didn't turn out good for you, but you are the first to say that while others have told me they loved it. The recipe makes about 8-10 galettes... more or less. Have a good day.
