1 large apple, shredded with skin
2 tablespoons flax seed meal
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries

To keep you going during this busy holiday month, you need a power breakfast. Oatmeal is always a terrific, nutritious breakfast choice.
I've added toasted walnuts, dried cranberries and shredded apple to really boost the fiber, and give you a breakfast that will stick with you during those holiday shopping sprees!
