Bell Peppers Ratatouille ( Italian Style )

Ingredients
1 kilogram fleshy bell peppers
2 onions
500 grams tomatoes
1 Tuft basil
Olive oil
Salt
Preparation

Peel onions and cut into thin slices, wash, eliminated the

Seed peppers and cut into regular pieces,

Wash peel tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.

In a large frying pan put the onions frying them without burning, add the peppers,

Sautè over high heat, stirring constantly for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Now put the tomatoes, a tuft of basil and salt, cover the pan with a lid and reduce heat. Brought to cooking, stirring occasionally until the sauce is reduced.
