Benedictine Yogurt Cake

Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 cup oil
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon Benedictine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Beat the eggs and the sugar together.

Add yogurt, flour, oil, baking powder, Benedictine, and vanilla extract.

Let sit for 5 -10 minutes and remove to a rack to cool completely.
