If not done prior, soak and boil the Chick Peas according to instructions on package.

Boil water for linguini and cook according to package directions. Drain linguini.

This is an easy and quick dish, especially if you keep Chick Peas on hand. I'll make a pound of chick peas and keep them in the refrigerator to mix with salads and other dishes The vegan option allows you to omit the bacon and it's still flavorful and a good lunch or dinner.
