Stewed Beef Carrot and White Radish

Ingredients
200 grams Carrot
4 cloves Shallot
4 cloves Garlic
2 Bay leaves
2 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine
1 1/2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
2 tablespoons Light soy sauce
3/4 tablespoon Sugar
2 cups Water
Preparation

Deglaze the beef with cooking wine. Then add bay leaves, carrot, white radish and seasoning. Bring them to the boil and transfer to the pressure cooker or reduce heat to simmer until all ingredients are tender.
