You won't find any on my plate. I am skeptical of some of the farmed fishes they are currently parading out now. Growing up tilapia was a bottom feeder that lived in the dirty and smelly canals in Hawaii. It is linked to several species of fish that are higher in allergic reactions.Tilapia, actually contains very little of the beneficial fatty acids and is loaded with omega-6, which can cause inflammation, that is bad for the heart. It's available at almost all the grocers and restaurants anymore. Just because it's cheaper doesn't mean it's better.
Bottom line- friends don't let friends eat farmed or Frankenfish!
