Via Food is the New Rock (an awesome site that combines music and food) comes this really neat preparation of pork belly with urchins. It's a unique look at how fine dining establishments prepare dishes from scratch. The chef is Anthony Sasso from Casa Mono in New York. The music is "Houdini" by Foster the People.
