“Croccantini Creations” from La Panzanella Artisanal Food Co.
At family-owned La Panzanella Artisanal Food Co., our passion is crackers. Since we first began baking our rustic, all natural Croccantini at a local cafe in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, we have been lucky to have a loyal and enthusiastic following. First embraced by Seattle’s most acclaimed restaurants, our crackers are now part of family meals, snacks and celebrations across the country.
We are thrilled to have the occasion of IFBC 2013 to announce the launch of Croccantini Creations, our Facebook-based forum for sharing our customers’ passion for Croccantini. Visit us on Facebook to see the latest posts and at the conference on Saturday to sample our new Multigrain Croccantini.
Make the most of fresh heirloom cherry tomatoes with Chevre, crumbled bacon bits, and fresh tarragon and basil leaves (shown above).
Salty sweet book club treat: Mini Croccantini dipped in dark chocolate. Perfect to pair with Cabernet and strawberries. We made ours with Rosemary Minis.
