Mallow Artisan Marshmallows: Created With Love and For Love

The story behind the creation of mallow, Seattle-made artisan marshmallows, is as sweet as their confections. As her birthday approached, "mrs. mallow" said she wished she could enjoy a chocolate dipped marshmallow and not have to wait for the holiday season. So "mr. mallow" saw the opportunity and created a special treat just for her birthday. As she took a bite, they realized they hit it. As they put it, "what they had was as different from store bought marshmallows as an aged, marbled steak is from a lukewarm frozen dinner. " Now, mallow offers over twenty varieties of artisan marshmallows, all made with zero artificial ingredients.

So, as you can see, mallows truly were created for love!
