A Neighborhood Favorite: The Hunt Club at the Historic Sorrento Hotel

Apart from their classic cuisine, what we love most about the Hunt Club, located within the beautiful and historic Sorrento Hotel, is its cozy, old world atmosphere. The dark wood-paneled and brick walls and comfy cushioned banquettes make it the perfect place for a romantic night out. Enjoy a classic or original cocktail at the charming bar or in the Fireside Room (happy hour is twice a day!).
Executive Chef Dan Gilmore prepares classic cuisine, with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients. Chef Dan’s philosophy in the kitchen is to balance seasonality, sensibility and simplicity. Enjoy comforting dishes such as Confit Lamb Shank with white grits, baby carrots and mint pistou; Hazelnut Panade Halibut with summer squash strands and toasted tomatoes; and Grilled Double Chine Pork Chop with bacon fat fingerling potatoes, apple slaw and cider sauce.
Open for Breakfast, Brunch Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Happy Hour (twice a day and on weekend), and Dinner. View their full menus here.
Don't miss Chef Dan from the Hunt Club next Friday at The Taste of Seattle and Gourmet Fair at IFBC!
