An unflavored type of baijiu, a Chinese distilled liquor. Gaoliang is the Chinese word for a specific type of sorghum. The wine originates from Dazhigu first appearing in the Ming Dynasty. Nowadays, Taiwan is a large producer of gaoliang jiu. Alcohol content by volume: 543%%.
