Aji Molido
About
A dried, ground mild chili that is popular in Argentina. Similar to red pepper flakes that can be found in the US, aji molido is softer in texture and less dried out. The level of spice is quite mild yet has a bit of bite, similar to ground black pepper or even green peppercorns.
