Time has gotten away from me this holiday season and cooking an elaborate holiday meal is not in the cards this year. I usually spend weeks creating a menu, shopping and prepping the food before the big day arrives. This year, I decided to give myself a break and just keep things simple. While there may be no fancy sauces or homemade rolls, this meal is still a winner in my book. The side dishes are easy and the main dish is still a showstopper. All you need is a pie or two to complete this meal with a bang.
