On the farm, cheesecake means holidays. For some reason, it's the first thing on the must-have list that I make weeks in advance. When asking each person what special dish they would like to request for Thanksgiving, it's always cheesecake. Super indulgent and so rich, it's no wonder that this decadent treat makes the top of the list.
Don't think that you have to stick with plain cheesecake either. From pumpkin to cardamom, cheesecake is the perfect foil for a wide range of flavors. Do check out the gluten free version in this list as well. It's just as perfect and even the gluten free family can enjoy!
