No-Knead Cinnamon Rolls

April 1, 2015

Homemade cinnamon rolls is a true breakfast treat.  This delicious baked good is reserved for special occasions in my house because they do require quite a bit of work.  That being said, this no-knead method cuts down on some of that work so that you can make cinnamon rolls for yourself and family more often.  These cinnamon rolls have an intense spicy flavor which is complimented by the cream cheese icing.  For a lighter cinnamon flavor, sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the dough instead of using the paste.  I recommend serving these with ice cold milk.
