Ombre cakes are an easy way to make a showstopping dessert with minimal effort. This recipe prepares the ombre cake in an Easy Bake Oven, a toy that introduces children to baking. The technique is the same no matter if you prepare the cake in a standard oven or the toy oven. A white cake batter is divided into 5 separate bowls and each one is dyed a different shade of green. This cake is perfect for celebrating St. Patrick's Day, especially when frosted with Bailey's buttercream.

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 egg whites
green food coloring
1 container white frosting
