Blueberry Morning Bread

October 22, 2014

Bread machines not only take the work out of making bread, it can also be filled in the evening and timed to be finished when you are ready in the morning. That certainly can make those early winter mornings a little nicer to wake up to.

This recipe is for a tasty blueberry morning bread. The egg makes it a little more decadent and the added blueberries are a nice treat. Add a bit of jam and you have a tasty alternative to a bowl of cereal.

Once you get the hang of this yummy recipe, try topping with cream cheese and hint of lemon zest. It's the perfect match.
