This tasty recipe is the perfect blend of sour rhubarb and creamy cheesecake. It's sure to be a hit at any Springtime cook out or party.

1/3 cup sugar
1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
