Plaintain chips are a gluten-free snack to nibble on during the day. Plantains are rich in vitamin A, potassium, and dietary fiber. Traditionally, plantain chips are fried but in this version they are baked. These are a healthy alternative to potato chips that you can feel good about.

2 plantains
2 TBS olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
