Just when you think that winter will never leave, one taste of this delightful rhubarb and strawberry compote. Even during the last few storms that are sure to snow, this yummy recipe will give you hope that spring is going to arrive eventually.
Fresh Strawberry Rhubarb Compote

2 cups strawberries, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
