A classic St. Patrick's Day meal, Lamb Stew is truly a decadent treat. We think your family will be loving this combination of two traditional foods for the holiday: Lamb and Colcannon, a mixture of creamy mashed potatoes and cabbage. Kale can also be substituted, and if you have been reading this blog for any time, you know that I (Amy) have a serious love of kale. Nom.

I don't think I'll be able to wait till St.Patrick's Day to make, what looks like ,will be the best lamb stew I ever made. It just know it is going to be DELICIOUS! In regard to your question, I prefer potatoes and breads (Irish Soda Bread) , of course!
