This is a quick and easy beer bread with all the parts that you love; chewy, crusty, soft inside, and super delicious. Try it warm with butter and slice day old loaves for making bruchetta. The only problem you will find, is that there rarely is any left over for the next day.
I like to try different beers to make this a bread with many personalities. You are going to love it!
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 cup dark beer
