Honey Sriracha Beef Skewers

After reports that sriracha maker Huy Fong Foods was sued for irritating odor pollution surrounding its factory in California, the future of the spicy Asian condiment is questionable.

Fear not, sriracha lovers! Go snatch up as many bottles as you can, and celebrate the fiery red sauce with this inspired sriracha beef skewer recipe from Inspired Taste. Just marinate cubed sirloin in a honey-sriracha-soy marinade, and you're on your way to "rooster sauce" heaven.

Honey Sriracha Beef Skewers

Ingredients:
1 pound top sirloin beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons Sriracha hot sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 skewers
1 whole Boston lettuce (optional)
1 whole cucumber, cut into 1/8-inch slices (optional)
1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
1 whole lime (optional)
