Add a little chicken to your usual cheesy appetizer. This Ranch Chicken Cheeseball recipe from Southern Bite puts a twist on the party favorite by adding in a bit of protein and packing in the flavor with ranch dressing. Top the appetizer off with pecans and serve with a variety of crackers.
Ranch Chicken Cheeseball
Ingredients:
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 1 can white meat chicken, drained
- 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped pecans
