Chocolate chip cookies have never looked so good! This Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe from Chicho's Kitchen has your cookie dough baking right into a dish, making it the cookie of all cookies. The cookie comes hot out of the oven at about an inch thick and is perfectly paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 6 tbsps granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
1/4 tsp salt
