Blueberry Cupcakes

Make the best of blueberry season with these Blueberry Cupcakes. From Tracy's Culinary Adventures, these sweet treats are topped off with lime cream cheese frosting. If you're looking for something a bit lighter, a whipped cream topping would work just as well. 

Blueberry Cupcakes

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup and 2 tbsps all-purpose flour, divided
- 3/4 cup cake flour
- 1 1/2 tsps baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 tbsps unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tbsps sugar
- zest of 1 lime
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsps lime juice
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsps milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Frosting
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 5 tbsps unsalted butter
- 4 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- zest of 1 lime
