Retro Recipes: Orange Fluff

July 2, 2013

While it might not be the most gourmet dessert, orange fluff is still damn good.  Popular during the heyday of Jell-O salads, orange fluff was a combination of canned fruit, orange flavored gelatin, whipped topping and cottage cheese.  If you are not a fan of orange, you can always substitute with your favorite flavor of gelatin.  This throwback dessert can be whipped up in just a few minutes and still remains a favorite at backyard barbecues.
