Angelfood cake is such a simple dessert to make. It is the perfect foil for fresh strawberry or rhubarb sauce. Don't be afraid of how delicate it is, just remember to cool it upside down and you will be just fine. We eat quite a bit of it in the spring. Our chickens are laying a ton of eggs, and we get over 2 dozen a day! This recipe uses a dozen whites, so it is a great way to use them up. Photo: Flickr user Norwichnuts
