Chicago style deep dish is apart of America's culinary culture. Unlike any other pizza you've ever tasted, a deep dish pizza is piled high with meats, cheeses, and vegetables. The particular recipe cooks the pizza on the grill which lends a mild smoky flavor to the dish.
*Note: If you do not have access to a grill, you can bake this pizza in a 425 degree oven for 25 minutes.
