Chocolatey Churro Bites

May 30, 2013

Cooking Classy shares a recipe for one of her favorite dessert recipes with Foodista readers.  Churro bites are a delectable treat that are so addicting that it will be difficult to just have one.  Miniature pieces of fried dough are coated in cinnamon sugar are drizzled with chocolate.  The key to making sure each piece is perfectly golden brown and crisp is to heat the oil at the right temperature for frying, usually 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  I suggest using a candy thermometer to help with this.  To make this bite-sized sweet Mexican snack, click here.
