Mini buffalo chicken pizzas on a stick from Neighbor Food is a fun meal to make for you and the kids. These bite-sized pizzas are made similar to a cinnamon roll (albeit a savory one). Whole wheat pizza dough is coated in buffalo sauce and sprinkled with shredded chicken, blue cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese before being rolled and cut.
